Four Arketi Clients Bring Home TAMY Technology Marketing Excellence Awards
Arketi Group sweeps Corporate Positioning Awards for Fourth Straight Year
ATLANTA – May 19, 2008 - Arketi Group, announced four of its clients earned TAMY Awards from TAG Marketing, a society of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). The awards were given at the 8th Annual Technology Marketing Excellence Awards (TAMY) ceremony to recognize Georgia-based companies that demonstrate significant and measurable accomplishments in technology marketing.
Arketi Group’s work for the following clients helped earn them a 2008 TAMY Award: Cbeyond, Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), IP2Biz and Xerox Mortgage Services. For the fourth straight year, Arketi’s corporate positioning work swept the repositioning categories.
Marketing for Growth: Cbeyond, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBEY), a leading IP-based managed services provider to small businesses, exceeded its goals for its Detroit market launch by having more than 150 attendees and more than 200 businesses enter a small business makeover contest. In all, Arketi’s public relations efforts delivered Cbeyond nearly two million impressions with more than 20 media placements.
Corporate Repositioning: GTRI, the nonprofit, applied research unit of the Georgia Institute of Technology – one of the nation’s top-ranked academic and research institutions – worked with Arketi to reposition the organization and develop its positioning platform “Problem. Solved.” The new messaging helped GTRI’s website traffic jump by more than 50 percent, and improved the quality of leads and market sales.
Corporate Repositioning: IP2Biz, a leading technology acquisition, development, licensing and growth company, earned this award for the “Fast track from IP to Industry” positioning platform developed by Arketi. With the new messaging, unique visitors to the IP2Biz website rose 129 percent, research scientist interest increased 42 percent and the number of sales leads went up 75 percent.
Marketing Tactic: Xerox Mortgage Services, provider of one of the most widely-used solutions for electronic mortgage document collaboration, earned this award for its "BlitzDocs QuickTour Demo" created by Arketi. One hundred leads were generated within the first month of the QuickTour launch.
