Arketi Group’s Neumeier Named President of Nation's Second Largest Public Relations Society of America Chapter
ATLANTA – Dec. 17, 2008 – Arketi Group Principal Mike Neumeier, APR, has been elected President for the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA|GA) for calendar year 2009. Previously Neumeier has served as the chapter’s President-elect, Treasurer, Secretary and board member at large.

The Georgia chapter of PRSA is the second largest chapter nationwide, boasting nearly 1,000 professionals throughout the state.
Being elected as president of PRSA|GA is a reflection of Neumeier’s commitment to the profession of public relations. Neumeier was recognized in 2003 by PR News' "15-to-watch" list. Neumeier serves on the National Advisory Board for Kennesaw State University's Department of Communication, is a founding member of the Atlanta PR Interfaith Breakfast, past chair of the University of Florida’s Public Relations Advisory Board, a member for Technology Executives Roundtable, and a member of the HealthMPowers Board. Additionally, Neumeier’s firm has more than 50 industry awards to its credit, including two PRSA Bronze Anvil awards and twelve Phoenix Awards from the PRSA|GA chapter.
